Because each of our photo frames is made to order or customized based on your selections, we require full payment upfront before we can begin production. This ensures we can source materials and start crafting your frame immediately.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and send us photos of the damage. We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund.
